Beet-It-Up

  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • 3 beets
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 stalks celery

Sweet Beet

  • 1 – beet
  • 2 – carrots
  • 3 –  stalks celery
  • ½ – lemon (peeled)
  • 1 – cm ginger
  • 1 – green apple (chopped)

Debloating Juice

  • 1 – glass of distilled water
  • 2 – lemons (peeled)
  • 1/2 – cucumber, chopped
  • 6 – cubes of watermelon
  • Handful of fresh ginger shavings

Mini Celery Delight

  • 3 – Stalks Celery
  • 3 – Medium sized Carrots
  • 1 – Small-medium head Broccoli
  • 1 – Small knuckle Ginger

Anti-Inflammatory Tonic

  • 2cm fresh turmeric
  • 4 carrots
  • 1cm fresh ginger
  • 1 orange
  • ½ lemon
  • 3 stalks celery

Alkaline Boost

  • 1 – cucumber
  • 2 – stalks celery
  • 1 – cup cos lettuce
  • 1 – cup broccoli
  • 1 – green apple

Total Body Restart Green Juice

  • 2 – cups spinach
  • 2 – cups peeled and diced cucumber
